ran across some oldies..
This morning. I’m beginning to question whether I should stick with this rowing thing… I know I’m already getting weaker cuz I’m not lifting as much. I really miss my old routine of lifting heavy and minimal cardio but they’ve got me doing all endurance cardio and barely any lifting. I know it’s only summer training and it’ll be more intense and fun when I go back to school but will I even like it? Rowing’s literally the same movement over and over again and I feel like I would get bored really easily. Maybe I should just go back to lifting and working out on my own even though I really miss structured practices. I’ll stick it out for a couple more weeks and see what happens I guess.
How the fuck do you guys take back pictures and flex at the same time cuz i cant dooo it!!!! Anyways todays back&bis sooo excited :)))))
